Paul Rush
OWNER
Paul started with Broadway Estates Conoco in 1969 as an attendant. Outside of two years military service, he has been here
ever since. He worked his way into being a technician and then up to manager for previous owner, Ron Compton. Paul is ASE
Certified in Engine Repair, Brake Repair, Engine Performance Repair and Electrical and Electronics Systems. In 1995 Ron sold
the business to Paul and things began to take off. While Paul’s duties are more in the line of customer relations and
the business end of things, he is required to fix cars from time to time and keeps up with his certifications and training.

Paul is a proud Grandpa of two and enjoys fly fishing, golfing and has an interest in road racing his Shelby Cobra.
See the Photos Page for pictures of the Cobra.
Jim Rowledge
Jim has been working in the Littleton area since 1976. He
first came to work for this organization in 1983, at our Orchard location, until the lease was sold in 1988. At the time,
there wasn’t enough business to afford Paul and Jim, so Jim left for a couple years. He returned on a temporary basis
in 1989 to see how it worked out. I guess it worked out OK.
Jim is an ASE Certified Master Technician, an
ASE Advanced L1 Technician, State of Colorado IM240 Technician, and MACS Air Conditioning Technician. Even with his credentials
he is hungry for more training and is eager to learn more. Jim was named the ASE/CarQuest Technician of the Year for 2005.
To win this Award Jim had to score the highest in North America on his eight ASE Recertification tests with his L1 Advanced
Engine Performance as a Tie Breaker. This is a tremendous award. See the Photos Page to see pictures of the award presentation
and photos of the trip to Charlotte for the CarQuest 300 and Coke 600 Races Memorial Day Weekend. Jim has invested tens of
thousands of dollars to equip himself to tackle the tough drivability problems. Jim now serves on the ASE Board of Governors.
ASE is the organization that certifies technicians in North America. Jim is active with the Tech-Net Advisory Council and
has participated in ASE test writing workshops. Jim belongs to IATN and tries to respond to as many postings as time
will allow. Jim has attended many clinics and training sessions. See his credentials on display in our sales area.

Jim Rowledge receiving the trophy for Technician of the Year
Jim is a Certified Master Scuba diver. He is now going through
his second childhood with his new Mustang. After many modifications he now thinks he can run with the Big Dog(Paul's Cobra). Jim
and his wife Debbie have been making an annual trip to the Miller Motorsports Park/Ford Racing Performance Driving School.
He is in the process of improving almost every aspect of the Mustang. He has installed a much larger brake system, adjustable
suspension and a supercharger for a little added punch. Ask Paul how the dyno run went. He has just purchased a 2001 Mustang
from a customer for his wife. Now she wants the modifications done to hers.
Tim Brinkopf
Tim started in the business at the age of 14 changing oil at
another shop and came to work for us in 1999. Tim’s duties have grown steadily to include cooling systems, transmission
service, brake repair, light electrical and engine service. Tim is ASE Certified in Brakes, Steering and Suspension
and Heating and Air Conditioning. Tim is also MACS Certified Air Conditioning Technician. While certified, we don’t
just throw him to the wolves, we try and control how much we expand his duties. He is probably much more capable than we allow
him to be but we are demanding about the quality of the work we put out.
Like all young people to the business
they find the people aspects of the business the most difficult. Tim is making tremendous strides in this area and is getting
better and better with our customers and is developing a following with our clients. Tim's sense of responsibility is
part of why we feel he is the right kind of man for the job here.

Tim has purchased his first home and is learning about how much
work that can be. Tim tries to get to Lake Powell at least once a year to fish and unwind.
CASHIER
Amanda Letcher
Amanda started with us in 2008 and is the one who handles the front and is there when you pick up your vehicle
after 5:00. She helps with scheduling service appointments and is getting pretty proficient in explaining what went into repairing
the vehicle.
Amanda is the mother of two young children, therefore not a lot of leisure activities to talk about.
