RALEIGH, NC (Sept. 8, 2005) -- Jim Rowledge of Kiowa, Colo. has been named
the

was selected for the award after meeting the criteria set by CARQUEST Auto

Certified Master Technicians who designated they were part of the
TECH-NET
Professional Auto Service program and took the Fall 2004 or Spring
2005 ASE
automobile certification
exams.
"It is an honor to win the award and I could not have done it without
the
support of a lot of people," said Rowledge, an automotive technician with
30 years of experience. "I work for a great owner (Paul Rush) and CARQUEST
supports us with quality parts and professional programs like TECH-NET
Professional Auto Service and CARQUEST Technical Institute."

from his profession, Jim is an avid boater and scuba diver. In his
limited
free time, he spends as much time as he can on his 36-foot Catalina
Sail Boat
that he keeps on a local lake. As a certified Master Scuba Diver,
he sneaks away a couple times a year to dive the nicer spots in the Caribbean.
Jim and
his wife Debbie have one daughter, Stephanie, a college student in
Pueblo, Colo. His employer, Broadway Estates Conoco, is owned
by Paul
Rush, a finalist for the 2004 CARQUEST Excellence Award and a TECH-NET
